We can offer an extensive choice of wording suggestions, or you can supply your own wording. Dual languages are also welcome and there is no charge for this service.
We can match your wedding colours. Please supply a swatch of fabric or a cutting of the shade. These are our most popular colours:
Each wedding invitation is available in white, ivory or sparkle with lots of options if you would like a contrasting colour.
You can order by phone, email or post - complete and order form or simply put the details of your order in an email.
The following is a guide to how long it takes us to produce invitations from one of our collections:
“classic collection” – please allow approximately 3 weeks.
“graphic illustration” – please allow approximately 3 weeks.
“painted bloom” – please allow approximately 3 weeks.
“skyline”, “pen & Ink” – please contact us.
Reception items take approximately 2 - 3 weeks.
Once you have decided to proceed with an order, the following payment terms are applicable:-
- an order where delivery is less than 3 months - full amount due at time of placing an order
- an order where delivery is more than 3 months - non refundable 50% deposit
- the balance of the order must be paid on sign off of proofs.
Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer, or by credit/debit card via paypal*
*please note, a 4% transaction fee will be added if paying by Paypal
Cancelling an order
You can change or cancel your order at any time. On personalised products a refund will be less and proofing charges as follows: ~ 0% of the amount paid if the order is cancelled prior to any work commencing. ~ 50% after proofs have been typeset. ~ 100% of the amount paid if the order is cancelled after completion of /on delivery of finished items.
We are fully compliant with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Act, which provides you with a seven day "cooling off" period after the order is received during which time you are able to cancel or return the full or part order. However, this only applies to goods which are returned unopened in their original packaging and are unused. This does not apply to personalised items, including but not limited to, stationery, gifts and prints. Customers are liable for return postal charges and we have the right to charge for collection of cancelled orders which have not been returned. Please ensure anything returned is within seven days and for your own protection, ensure the parcel must be signed for. We take no responsibility for lost, returned goods.
Errors, returns & damages
We do apologise if your parcel has been damaged in transit. Please notify us within 48 hours for us to be able to replace your item. Please ensure you send photos of the damaged item and retain all of the packaging as evidence.
In the unlikely event that an error has occurred, please notify us as soon as possible. If your order was printed differently to your signed proofs we will replace your items free of charge. We cannot accept responsibility for any errors that are not our fault.
Personalised items are non refundable.
Your statutory rights are not affected by any terms and conditions stated above.
